Philosophy

Our Philosophy

Education and providing top quality care are the primary goals we strive everyday to achieve at Healthy Pet Veterinary Clinic. We believe owners that are well informed and educated about their pet's care are best prepared to work with the doctor to keep their pet happy and healthy. After educating pet owners about all of the options and possibilities, we provide gentle, loving care and consistently push ourselves to stay on top of the newest technology and treatments available.

Our doctors and staff are committed to providing the best quality care possible and want to provide pet owners with multiple options for treatment when available.  Our commitment to pets is evidenced by our ties with several local rescue groups and a strong belief in adoption as a great way to bring a pet into your life.  Most of all, we want to be your resource for information about all aspects of your pet's health care. We want to be the ones you call when you have a question and place a strong emphasis on education and open communication whether it be over the phone, via email or even text message.

We respect the cherished bond that exists between people and their beloved pets we want to do everything possible to keep pets happy and healthy throughout their entire lives.

In the clinic, we offer a book lending library containing many books to help new and current pet owners with anything from learning basic care for a new kind of pet, to determining if a certain breed of dog is a good fit for them before they adopt.  Contact our front desk staff if you are interested in checking out a book for your reference.

Here on our website, you have access to a wide variety of articles and videos that can help to educate you on many different pet care topics.

Read What Our Clients Say

  • "This clinic is very clean, friendly, and gentle. My Guinea Pig Bear had a tumor and they have worked hard to care for him and follow up to be sure he is healing well from surgery removal as well as be available to answer any questions I have.I was even able to set up an affordable payment plan for his medical bills. All in all a very trustworthy Vet Clinic."

  • "Very nice and clean clinic with helpful staff. We used them to board our rabbit while we were on vacation. They have a dedicated rabbit room with multiple large cages. Rabbits get daily individual 'out-of-cage' exercise time."
