Normal Hours:
Monday - Friday 8am-6pm
On Fridays between 12pm and 6pm we are only open for clients to pick up previously filled medications and for boarding admissions. There is no doctor in the clinic after Noon on Friday.
All medical questions and prescription refills submitted after Noon on Friday cannot processed until the following Monday. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Easier ways to contact us!
You will see a new widget in the bottom right corner of the homepage here with a new way for you to easily contact us. The great part about this new utility is that there is no app to install and you can message us directly with your smartphone.
Also, you can now send us a text to our landline phone number of 608-294-9494. When you do this we will send you back link where you can access your own pet portal. In the pet portal you can request records, refill medications or food prescriptions and also see vaccine expiration dates and certain parts of your pet's medical record. You can contact us and type a question or request if you have any questions via the pet portal as well.
UPDATE - RABBIT HEMORRHAGIC DISEASE
Beginning August 24th, 2022 in order for your rabbit to board with us they must have had the first dose of the Rabbit Hemorrhagic Disease Vaccine at least two weeks prior to checking-in for boarding.

Healthy Pet is accepting new clients and we now have an additional Veterinarian seeing appointments!
If we have never seen one of your pets, we will collect a Pre-Booking Deposit when your appointment is made in order to hold the spot in our schedule. Because of increased demand, we require 24-hours notice for canceling or rescheduling appointments. 24-hours notice is required so we have the opportunity to offer care to other pets in medical need. Failure to provide 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment may result in loss of the Pre-Booking Deposit.

Dr. Carla Christman, the clinic's founder and owner is an active member of the Association of Exotic Mammal Veterinarians and the American Ferret Association. Her passion for small mammals drives our staff to always provide the highest quality care to every pet.
In addition to dogs and cats, we are proud of our extensive knowledge in the special needs and care for ferrets, rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, hamsters, gerbils, hedgehogs, sugar gliders, chinchillas, mice, degus, and other small mammal pets.
